Our resources are either PRINCE2, MSP or PMP certified and/or have significant commercial experience. We have also qualified in the State Service Commission Gateway Review Process.

We specialise in ensuring effective stakeholder management and pragmatic project controls are in place. We supplement our core project methodologies with experience, qualifications and membership in many other technology based disciplines and organisations including ITIL, CobiT, TOGAF, IIBA, FBCS, PMI and ISACA.
